  • Thats a pretty good video...Its cool to see how the voice changed over the years...Good job

  • One of greatest singers, with his group, and on his own.

  • Holy that's frickin awesome he's still got his voice. He's in good shape too. So many singers deteriorate so much it's so sad. And they let themselves go too. But this is awesome to see!

  • nice compilation

  • music if ur born with it u got it if u dont u dont , thats why even at age 60 they can come back and blow all these artists of today away

  • This song is on my MP3 player along w/ You Really Got Me-KINKS , Walk Away-James Gang, Communication Breakdown-LZ ,My Generation-Who, All Right Now-Free ....This song Rocks STILL !

  • 1970? Actually, the song came out in 1972.

  • You don't realize how fast time goes by til you see something like this, although they still look & sound great.

  • What a fantastic job you did with this. Rock On, Rasberries!!

  • amazing, thanx 4 posting!

  • Why couldn't I have been a backup singer for a band like this? I sang for 13 years and never got close to any band as great and talented as them! On the list with "Bad Finger" , another great band!!

  • one of the best bands ever

  • Did you know that in 1970 he was only 21?? Not bad considering all the singers(?) who try to make it on American Idol(and are OLDER!)!!

    A truly gifted guy!

  • They actually sound better now, I think. The drummer plays better. Saw them in Wisconsin a couple of years ago. Couldn't believe my ears and eyes that Carmen was with them. AND on the same bill ... The Boxtops with Alex Chilton!!! Great show and both bands sounded fantastic.

  • This is really cool and must have been bittersweet for the guys in the band!! I have such wonderful childhood memories attached to this song when my parents were still young and beautiful and life was so carefree.

  • Well said. I sure miss the great music and good times of the 70's.

  • I was at this show, they started with the video and lifted the curtain and played along with the video for a few seconds. It was an awsome show! Hope they do it again. The House of Blues was the perfect venue for this style of concert.

  • is House of Blues in Memphis?

  • amazing!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Once again, awesome stuff, thanks for posting.

  • Thanks for posting!

  • he's still got it...

  • Great Video.

  • Yeah, I agree with you.Raspberries are on of the greatest band in the world.

  • Great song then. Great song today.

  • I just have one question. What is a clipe?

  • Clipe is portuguese for promo video.

  • Awesome.

  • great mix....amazing the key was the same....did you digiatally alter this is was this verbatim?

  • Yes, they were in the same key, only the 70´s was faster and I slow down it a little. But Eric and the band are really great.

  • Eric Carmens voice is phenomenal!!! When the transition from '70 to 2005 I notice there is NO key change...no moving the song down a full step or even a half step to accomodate and aging lead singers ( like many others from back then) drop in high-end range. He still has IT ! ! Amazing.

  • I absolutely agree! He does still have 'IT'! I was only 12 when this song came out; it was one of the 1st songs I remember from the radio and never realized that the lead was Eric "All By Myself ('76)" Carmen!! This is a great posting in that you get to see the change (or lack of it!) over the years in the band. Read his Wikipedia entry: he plans on writing more songs like this! Wow!

  • Thanks for posting that was sweet

  • Are they coming back around in Concert this year ? Missed them in '07
