  • but the baseball field is more important than people who pay taxes ...they create money from tax payer money ,building library is more important than investing in drainage

  • I live just outside of the Fort Wayne city limits. I plan to move because of the lack of drainage. I can't stand the constant threat of flooding. Nothing here worth the anxiety.

    Thanks for posting.

  • What street are you standing on? Sandbags, sump pump, Henry's, dinner and cocktails! Sorry, I kinda miss Fort Rain. ~ Milo

  • This was taken in the alley off of Thieme Drive enjoy, no boats yet!

  • I used to live in the Califoria esq type apartment on the corner of Theime and Berry (i think it was Berry). The apartments were painted blue at the time and there were only 4 apartments and a penthouse apartment on top. That Street floods everytime there is a big, big rain. I never saw any boats but that would be funny! Where you zoomed in on the video is another place I used to live and where I had to sand bag the house. I think that is Wayne and Nelson? Its good to see the old stomping ground

  • West Central? Is this Theme Ave? I used to live at Theme/Wayne and Nelson (i can't remember the name of the streets) and it flooded the house i was renting one year. A J-Gazette photographer took a picture of me standing next to a stop sign where the octagon of the sign was showing only and I was standing on sand bags stacked around the house. That was at least 15 years ago. Good ol' West Central! I loved that neighborhood! I also lived on Rockhill while attending IPFW. Graduate 1999. WooHoo!xD
