WHY do you look like you weigh 130lbs? lol how tall r u? I don't understand it. Oh, I just finished watching the video and its because of the excess skin. When you get the weight of the skin removed the weight on the scale will plummet. So thats why its deceiving. You're actually "thinner" than 199lbs it just isn't registering on the scale yet until the skin is removed.

With form it is designed to absorb pure water.. it will not absorb water with a lot of impurities (like my tap water for instance)

Take one capsule (or two) with a FULL bottle of water (Sara uses aquafina.. she finds that it's the most pure water so it absorbs really well) and let me know how that turns out for you.

I broke open a capsule in a glass of tap water and another in a glass of bottled water and it reacted way differently to the filtered bottled water
