The grand jury report says that McQueary told Paterno he saw Sandusky having anal sex with a 10 year old boy and Paterno only reported "fondling or something of a sexual nature". Paterno probably concealed the gravity of the crime, you call this "the best moral route". In addition, Sandusky brought a victim to Paterno's practice games in 2007.

There are inconsistencies and until more facts come out, I stand by Joe.
