@mongoleet but we would only buy that blank cd because all their games to date are great, so if they release one that isnt that great it will seriously harm their reputation. give it a year.
I hope the could at least announce the PC requirements soon... I need to know how much money it's going to cost me to upgrade/replace my PC, and how long I have to save that money. Also, it would be nice if they gave updates once a month.... maybe not big things, but a few small things every month (like 3 new monsters/month, another town for another month, stuff like that) would make the wait easier.
They should be keeping the variation of gear's details. Everything should be stiffer, the attacks, the colors should be duller, definitely darker surroundings. But duller colors complexsion. What d3 should be advancing on is the injurys detail look. Crack of the bones, but only happens in the stiff frame of the character's shell. And the violent should not be massive spray of blood. Violent should be detailed on the wound as such. Dull color doesn't mean it's bad graphic.

I like the way the old diablo characters moved, yes this is BETTER, livelier.
But the more mobile they get, the more I don't want to control something like this. This is suppose to be a figure that I use my mouse to guide directions, to pick up stuff when I find something shiney on the ground, it dresses the gear that I stored for him/her. They should not be moving so lively. Remember the doll colleciton feel to it? I thought that was the taste I got from Diablo II─a thought from d2 players
@Reapent That's a pretty shallow way to look at people. I know this is incredibly overused, but don't judge a book by it's cover. As a game designer, I have great faith in Jay's abilities to direct D3 in the right direction.
now now...Every time they ask him about the release date...He says "were done when were done" or something like that...He's either not telling us cause it's gonna take 1 or 2 more years or just teasing cause it's gonna be a surprise really soon thing..You can't rush this...I wanna play it too but there is nothing for us to do than pray or hope for a mirracle
he said in the previous interview that something may come out on an expansion, i think he was referring to being able to socet multiple items other than just gems. Then went onto say hes not sure where things may go... which means there will probably be an expansion, but only 1. - thts muy take on it
@tonyt3hpirate Totally. Unless Blizzard recognizes that dying stuff is usually a HUGE immersion murderer, and limits the dying options to certain atmosphere-related colors.
You can almost smell the bullshit coming out of Jay Wilson's mouth when he starts talking about expansions. For sure they have them planned, and for sure they have at least a basic idea on what they will consist of.
I think they really hold their promise. The customasation through the artisans and the items they produce is quite high I think. I mean you find a good standard item. You enchant them. Put sockel on it and then you made gems/jewelery for it. Quite the smart step isnt it?

I think dyes are a great idea to give yourself an identity/uniqueness. I just hope now that SC2 is done, the development will move quicker for d3.
