@xant4141 You wont' lose your muscle as long as the next week you lift again. You'll need this recovery so take advantage of it and enjoy. Week 5 is awesome!!!!
How much did you weight before round one day 1 of p90x. I have done the first month of p90x and stopped lol. started at 190 now im about 178 but i know if i would not have stopped i would be at my goal weight of 135 right now and im only 23 so i figured this is the time to really get on it and do it right. I have no discipline though
@auq21 Hi, I don't weight myself anymore and I'm not sure how much I weighed after the first round but I weighed 165ish before I started round 1. That's awesome that you lost over 10 pounds. If P90X isn't the program for you find something you like, something that you'll stick too. You can do it!
