hey I've got a 7 yr old son thats a stage 8 in swim lessons, hes really good but I'm trying to get him to get the high elbow any suggestion

This drill looks like it would be good to combine with a snorkel so that one does not have to worry about breathing...True?

This looks like a real good catch drill,but when are you supposed to breathe?
