The uploader is correct in calling this a Sublime cover. The Toyes wrote and performed it first, but Sublime covered it. They are covering (note for note) Sublimes version of the song.

Sublime was amazing, and although it is impossible to replicate what they created, Badfish does a decent job.

This band is great, I've seen them a couple time. I think they get better turnouts at shows than sublime did since brad died before his career's peek. Must be great fun, playing Sublime's music as a fan, and getting paid and packed shows.
