@Socom1112 I'd say neither. ESPECIALLY not everyday! In the gym, all you're doing is tearing your muscles, but they recover and grow back stronger. You need to give them time to rest and grow. My suggestion would be to do this workout once a week and then add in a few bicep exercises at the end of your back workout and a few tricep exercises at the end of your chest or shoulder workout.

bodybuilders on the internet tell you to use the kind of weights that allow you to use perfect form cause they dont want you to hurt yourself..but sometimes you have to sacrifice form for heavier weight cause thats how you get stronger and make the muscle grow.if you can do it with perfect form and youre not strugglin enough it means youre not using enough weight...dont use form as an excuse for not pushing y'self too hard!
to get the best results you need to mix it up...you can do it even with isolation exercises...try doing 2 sets of 5 reps with really heavy weights and poor form and then do 2 sets of 20 reps with perfect form and really low weight. ..each of them will stimulate your muscles in a different way(however,you have to be careful with heavy weights...theres a difference between pushing yourself and injuring yourself...use your judgment)

really fast bench dips....all cheat curls......=\.... you look like you are in great shape...but..try doing 3 second negative bench dips with heavy weights..why didnt you have any weight..then explode up.....Im surprised you're doing just bodyweight..I could probably do a few hundred of those with jujst my bodyweight and I don't look like I'm in half as good of shape...I also use 100lbs on my legs when doing bench dips..also try putting your back against a wall doing curls..no cheating
In his video Jeff states he is going faster than normal so the video doesnt drag on and suggests that you do a slower rep speed. The workout is just showing the basic moves, you can add what ever weight you choose. You wouldn't use the same weight as you would in a straight set workout anyway. He also talks about the proper way to do cheat curls in another video. Remember this guy is a physical therapist and his exercises are also to preserve your body.

cant argue with the fact that your ripped, but your form on curls is gonna lead people to throw as much weight as they can on the bar and ultimately wonder why they arent getting bigger arms. thans for tryin to show off tho

@Ninjas242 do body weight exercises dude, like press ups, pull ups, sit ups and find a sport your enjoy.... train to train.... train so that you can train also think of a sport in which you really enjoy and that you want to do.. can be ANYTHING! next year focus on weight lifting exercises as in the basics of weight lifting, making sure your form is good, build the foundations before wanting to go mental muscle head.... research LTAD, long term atheletic development REALLY good to use.

@ mrdatacode. yupp i agree. for a beginner of course you want to do things as proper as possible. but this guy knows what hes doing. hes got enough muscle to support himself. for all those apparent 14 year olds. two things , keep a good form, and dont smoke crack.

enough with the fucking insults. look at the guy for christ sake. goin on about his form, his arms are ripped bud, and you dont got shit on this guy. send a link of your own videos if you got any.if you have ever done the slightest bit of research. not everybody builds muscle the same way. when i workout with my buds i burn areas where they cant and vice versa even though were doing the same workout. to alot of people and infact myself, dips build mass.

@koachecaves Yes your right, you can't deny this man has earned himself a good body through the workouts he does but it is true that his form is awful and if you read any fitness magazine etc they will tell you that it will DO HARM doing it this way. So lets say a 14, 15 year old comes on here and decides to copy excatly how this guy works out then he is going to do his body harm.

@taekwon3000 If you buy a book on weightlifting you expect the exercises shown are done in a correct and safest manner it can be done.
Ok let people watch this and wait until they are in their 40s, 50s + and are have permament injuries and affect their happiness due to daily pain. Give me one good reason why you think I'm wrong without saying the old crap about "wannabees"

really fast bench dips....all cheat curls......=\.... you look like you are in great shape...but..try doing 3 second negative bench dips with heavy weights..why didnt you have any weight..then explode up.....Im surprised you're doing just bodyweight..I could probably do a few hundred of those with jujst my bodyweight and I don't look like I'm in half as good of shape...I also use 100lbs on my legs when doing bench dips..also try putting your back against a wall doing curls..no cheating

In his video Jeff states he is going faster than normal so the video doesnt drag on and suggests that you do a slower rep speed. The workout is just showing the basic moves, you can add what ever weight you choose. You wouldn't use the same weight as you would in a straight set workout anyway. He also talks about the proper way to do cheat curls in another video. Remember this guy is a physical therapist and his exercises are also to preserve your body.

Hey Jeff! I'm concerned with the height of my Biceps. My width is pretty good. Could I switch to a hammer curl on the 3rd set??? or does doing so go against this particular workouts goal? i really liked your workout, it's really very useful for me as well as for those who have the will to build body. But i wander if these exercises concerns thin guys because i'm a thin guy.
