Great boat, nothing beats that sound. We just had a built Eagle 383HO put in our Chaparral 230 ssi and its makes around 425hp as is, but we have some custom built headers on the way, can't wait. Should be making around 475hp after the headers are installed

I paid about the same as MichaelBrick85 for the installation. It was definitely worth it! You will love the sound.

@TheBoats2005 Ok, Well findly summer is beginging in the West. The boat is launched, I want to let everyone know. The new exhaust is loud and Killer. Idle just sounds awesome. This is what I was waiting for. When I start or head out, heads are turning this year. Thanks to Corsa. Having captains call really helps when it needs to be quiter. Video will be up soon. Watch your video, of course went to Corsa and ordered side exchast for my boat the kit is still in the box awaiting a service shop to install it. How much is the labor to install the kit? w/captions call. Do you have any other pics?

@TheBoats2005 the labor cost for me to get it installed is 1,000. i payed 1500 for the parts.

@punchmaster123 - Yes, we installed Captains Call, which offers a switch at the helm to either send the exhaust out of the sides (thru-hull), or divert it back down through the prop. So, when pulling up to a marina/dock/raft-up, we can be much quieter.

Go to the sea ray dealer and ask for the thru-hull corsa exhaust. My sea ray didn't have it so we had them put it on.

I too bought mine without the Corsa exhaust. I wish I would have just done it when purchasing the boat, but the aftermarket looks and sounds just as good so I'm very happy with it.

The black does look great, but my love for yellow runs deep. This is my second yellow Sea Ray. :)

My dealership installed it and ordered it for me. But, they ordered it from Corsa Performance directly. Do a google search for corsa marine.

They go straight out. They do pass through a solenoid diverter so that I am able to hit a switch to divert the exhaust through the prop, or out the thru-hull exhaust tips.

i work at sea ray.. make sure your battery switch is switched to both.. polk systems are sometimes wired to both batteries for prolonged battery life
