I'm enjoying the thick sound of my youth, thank you.55 in a couple of weeks..I guess this is my gift. Thanks again.NO one dashboard drummed better than me!I shook the car.
Have to admit, I thought this talk of vinyl superiority was all nostalgic myth, but listening to this just after a Cd or digital version ( or whatever), I concede this has a crisp presence like nothing else. Time to dust off my 500 old vinyls and 1974 Thorens turntable ( I still have it)!
@orderkos I bought an album to MP3 converter at Radio Shack for $99. My records are all kinda trashed tho, WAY tooo much trying to manuever the needle manuallly! :) It's fun tho, going thru them & listening, I recall every skip (mostly)
@SaturnTrack it was linda sad listening to this song because when I was listening to this I was deleting all of my previous video work from my obselete Laptop.
I recall waiting to hear this on the radio in the 70s and loving it, sounds just as good now!!!

This kicks ass! One of my favourite tracks of all time. It moves me everytime I hear it. Apparently, Elton composed it to be played at his funeral.
