I hope you've got your Season 1 DVD by now. It's fantastic! I don't know if you've heard, but MGM is threatening not to release the other five seasons if Season 1 doesn't sell well by their standards. I can't believe that with all the trash out there available on DVD, they think there's not a market for Cagney & Lacey.
