After watching tragus piercing videos on youtube for 2 weeks i finally got it done today and I must say that it hurts like bttcch, it depends on how thick is your cartilage there, mine was very dense and the part that hurted more was when they had to put the jewelry in, because there's a certain angle to find at that point, and I heard cruches :S but it is BEAUTIFUL

Although this is said to be a more tolerable piercing because there are not a lot of nerve endings in that part of the ear; everyone has a different pain tolerance. I had my tragus done and it didn't hurt at all, but it hurt a lot for my friend. What may not hurt for you, may hurt other people. Or she could have had sensitive ears.
