I had a question: What does the Sawtooth waveform do?

I saw the synth effect in some studio software I have and didn't know its application.

It's just a very clear pure sound with almost a harsh quality. Classic synth sound . You can't hear it real well in this mix but it comes in near the middle.

Wow... Hey.. work as fast as you can with Fargenbastich... he's threatening to go to Grad school and set aside his music for a while..... Question - when you collaborate with someone like this, what type of files are they that you and your partners exchange?

Yeah..I know he's making these threats! Hopefully he's got the fever for this YT music scene like I do and won't be able to remove himself from it totally. The file format is just MP3s (which I have to convert back to .wav so I can import them into Cakewalk). Not the best but seems to work OK.

I wish I could....that's a little high register for me, I'm afraid. It takes quite a bit of "studio"trickery for me to pull off what you hear on this song for example. I admire you and anyone like you and Fargenbastich who can sit there and just perform.

Yes, the second mix is better than the first, no question.

Your version is less identifiable as a Fargenbastich performance, but still nice in its own right. And I liked all the sun images too.

It just never ceases to amaze me what talent is out there in the realm of music, talent that is largely unknown, unrecognized, playing just for the joy of it.

And no two people better underscore that fact than Fargenbastich and you.

Dr- great job on this and Things We Said today- FYI- when you post you should make them"private" the first time, so you can hear if you like it- this way you will not have to "release it live"- i know that youtube flash "degrades and alters" the quality, and changes how you hear it at home- Great job
