So I've though about what you said extensively, and I came to this conclusion. While I don't think that anyone regardless of wheater they're Asian or not perticulerly looks like Goku (he still looks like just a light skinned dude with special hair to me), the circumstances regarding his creation (being based of Sun Wukong, and being set in an oriental Asian setting) it naturally makes sence that he's (in that respect) Asian.

Well he didn't adapt well at all from the looks of it. He's not a experienced actor either, and he looks absolutely ridiculus in this movie. You need to learn a little bit about acting before trying to defend Chatwin's. He's an emo actor for Goku's sake, he's typed cast actor not a character actor capable of pulling off any role like Robert Downey Jr. Not all actors have a wide-range, actually on a select few, and it's not really something you can develope. Action is not Chatwin's element.

I remember Goku in that fight with Piccolo. You should have shown the pictures where he didn't have a shirt on...didn't look to skinny shirtless. It's just the way Toriyama drew things way back...less detail in the muscles when they were fully dressed, more detail when they weren't wearing shirts.
