I have a pair of Buncho i bought them to the pet store the salesman said that they are partner but why are they always fighting? And another question Does the female buncho sings too? Because my female Buncho was singing? Is that normal?

Buncho couples of good matching never make a fight so often. According to your observation the female bunsho singing, it can be guessed that the salesman sold you two male Bunchos that can never be a couple. Normally female Buncho does not sing.

You've never seen those tamed Java Sparrows in your country? They are common and popular pets here in Japan, which you can easily find in almost any pet shop if you visit the one in a right season. Normally those birds are taken away from their nest to be sold in their baby time 18-23 days of their birth. Main food is soaked warm mirret, and artificial suppliment may be added. While feeding them like above in a month or less, they are tamed and fly after you as a step mother.
