Either way he isn't doing much for the Chargers on or off the field, he needs surgery, the injury seems like either a torn ACL, MCL, PCL, or LCL if not 2 of the 4 tears, he will be away from all OTA's for at least one week and even though I'm not saying it's going to happen according to CBS sports he is looking at retirement.

You make a good point, we'll see what happens. Next season he won't be with the Chargers or the Patriots either even if he offers to play for min wage. But if Bob does come back next season, he will not get a starting job anywhere unless it's in the playoffs and he won't get a dime more then min wage and this is coming from a Colts fan who liked Sanders more then any of the Colts defenders.

@missstormy6 I agree with you if Sanders was more conservative of his body he wouldn't get hurt as much. But, he just flys around and always plays full speed. That's the way the game is supposed to be played. Can't wait to see Sanders in action again!
