hello Sam, I have disc hernitation on L4 and L5. I live in Spain and I speak English, but searching for videos I would like that somebody is showing about the excercise but not speak so much. There is so much fit ball videos but some of excercize are not wokable for a problem as mine... Could you pls show some excercize with the fitball or other? Thank you for you videos!
