Whats the chance they were able to overlay the original on this? Unless their tempo matched the original absolutely perfectly it wouldnt have lined up (forcing the orig wouldnt have sounded so good,right?). I think they maybe spent less time mixing the first version and when the youtube vid got more views they went in, produced it a little better and replaced the original.
Seen these guys live many times and I know they're good musicians, that part is uncontested.
@PeaceMasful pretty good chance actually...they play live to a click track, so its just a matter of syncing it up correctly at the beginning and then the rest of the song will fall into place

No, someone dubbed this over. I have the REAL video on my computer that was broadcasted on Kimmel, it's since been removed from youtube. 311 does not lip sync. Ive tried to upload the original video but it keeps getting removed. 311 did not lip snyc this performance. I have the original recording.
