This actually is the reason why Ford did away with the idea to begin with. They were more concerned with lateral traction and control of the vehicle in those situations than the "straight-line" traction. This results in a car with great cornering capabilities but terrible in the rain even. Once you get a trac-lok installed, cornering can be hairy, but straight lines..HELL YEAH :)
bro that looks like a 98' to me and i thought from 95' and up the gear ratio was 3.27 and the 95 and up lsc were true posi. the 93-94 mark 8's have the 3.07 which is all torque but no posi thats why you aint drifting. so i have read, may be wrong but idk.

Put some 4:10s in that thing with a Diff lock and that baby will Drift all day long.. and the Launch will be Sweet!

No Mark VIII's came with limited slip from the factory, and all Mark VIII Base models came with 3.07's, and all LSC's came with 3.27's.
