@Mitchp0wnzU teh pressure of the balloon was still rendered there for about 3 or so milliseconds until gravity acted upon the water. Gravity isn't instant you know. To test this, throw a ball in the air. You will notice the ball kind-of stays at it's highest point for a few milliseconds. I think there's some complicated law of gravity on this part to but... Yeah... Or something like that. =P
