@sensesfan2010 Good luck finding a jury to convict him of anything. If you're referring to the camera, that's the only evidence he has(other than his girlfriend) of the harassment and threats made against them. He did what he needed to do to stay alive and preserve evidence. If he had asked them for their wallets, then, you might have a point. Actually, if I were him, I would have asked for their wallets and after removing their driver's licenses, I would have given the wallets back to them.

It is crystal clear who the aggressors were, which is why there isn't a jury in this land that would convict him of anything. All that he took, were their truck keys which were left at the end of the road, and the camera, which completely exonerates him. He didn't pull a gun to rob anyone, he pulled a gun to keep from being beaten to a pulp, and the camera clearly shows this.

Just because he was being wronged in a way doesnt allow for him to draw his weapon on them.
