@ANDELE3025 @lanson0 This confusion comes from many other stories, films & games and other media swapping Conquest for Petulance. It's because people tend to think "what's the point in Conquest when you have War" I think Red Dwarf (british comedy TV series) and Red Dead Redemption both switched Conquest for War. If you think about it it does make more sense, because Conquest, War, Famine and Death are all different kinds of plight but none cover disease or infection like Pestilence would.

If I remember correctly, the story of Darksiders goes as follows:

War's seal was broken by someone, and in the Darksiders universe, the four horseman of the apocalypse were the guys who were supposed to bring it about. So War's seal was broken and he came to Earth, started the apocalypse, got in shit for no reason, then went on a quest to redeem himself. That's all I can remember :P

The story was war was sent down to earth because the seal was broken. The seal is ment to be broken when it kicked of but the seal was broken the repaired in which one horseman fell which happened to be war. The council then took his powers away and he had to earn them back. In which war was blamed and he had to find out who did it and stop the war I think .....
