I have this same clock. It's most definitely bootleg. I got it at pier 39 in San Francisco about 10 years ago. The eyes are black and most of the colors are off. But it's so adorable. xD

All i know is it's not official...it's bootlegged. I see several on ebay being sold in boxes that say beauty on them. Nice find at Goodwill tho :)
