i think atm its to early to judge as we dont know wether these 'perks' will be succesful or not, but i have just got this image of ppl rolling tank and just nailing everyone in every corner, i bet that the only way to get the best lap time will be if u have the right perks. also its good that they have tryed to create more realism by riding with the clutch however i just hope it doesnt turn into untamed where every1 'boosts' everythin. its either gonna rock or suck
