@dr1345 it's not the M203 gernade launcher , it's the M72 LAW (Light Anti-Tank Weapon) which can be deadly from either end of it since it has a back-blast unlike a grenade launcher. Hollywood's writers/producers/directors don't have any experience in military related hardware/weapons (hence the rocket was aimed down but magically followed the tunnel). I also disagree about a defense engineer's knowledge of weapons, they live a sheltered life on a need to know basis. Eienstien = can't tie shoes !

Now if the not all of the money is spent at the end of the year whatever is left over will be deducted from the budget the next year, does that make sense?? In this movie nothing was wrong with the street, so the construction workers were using the money they had leftover this way they will get to keep the budget big and get overtime and keep they're jobs!!
