I'm not sure, but Innocent Eyes wasn't released in 2006 either, so I'd check the album she released in 2006. (Delta I think)

Delta released two albums titled Innocent Eyes, her début in 2002 and a 2006 Japan-only compilation of songs from (2002's) Innocent Eyes and Mistaken Identity, along with two new tracks, Never Fades Away and Flawed. :)

Yes, Delta released two albums called Innocent Eyes. Her 2003 one was her debut album and the 2006 one, which this song was from, was released as a kind of best-of her first two albums in Japan and featured two new tracks, Never Fades Away and Flawed.
