Ive done some close analysis and Ive come up with the solution that this is indeed not a remake of its fight theme itself but of the last video in resident evil 2's climax on the train.

WOWW it reallyyyy REALLYYY sounds like in the beginning, or throughout the whole song, they merged a bit of that other theme from RE0, when you had to rescue Rebecca in the basement.
