  • though yours is one of the best vivs on youtube, its cruel to keep that many fishes in that tiny space

  • will be my inspiration..

  • Awesome like a dream. The next issue is how to have a life elsewhere I would hate to leave home with the new paludariums.

  • looks really nice....awesome set up

  • It's hard to clean, and maintain the water clear?

  • @CheJ9393 Nope... just some pruning and a water change once per week. It took a few months to become stable like that. This current video is *before* it was stable.

  • @rumirunto I just added an annotation with a link to a current video.

  • @Rumirunto Im looking into making a Palu in a 10 gallon. Do you have a build thread like on a forum for this?

  • @zuppe33 Nope.. sorry

  • goodjob

  • that is EPIC!

  • how did you get the tree fern background to stay up and what did you use for the waterfall

  • @oAToMiX Glued with silicone rubber. Waterfall is anchored to a slab of cork, and is built out of carves styrofoam and covered with a cork veneer.

  • all that in a 10 gallon tank....your amazing.

  • Here's an update, 2 years later:

    youtube.com/watch?v=VUBxJvK9nHA

Sorry, but youtube won't allow me to post an actual link...

  • Awesome setup! About how many gallons of water are in there?

  • @Ankhalianet 3 gals on the paludarium itself, 5 more on a sump underneath.

  • @Ankhalianet 7 gals. 2 in the tank itself, 5 in a sump

  • looks good. what kind of moss? sorry if you answered this already

  • what did you use for background

  • @oAToMiX Tree fern root panels and chunks of cork.

  • excellent use of space! I wish I had that much room in my 75 gal tank lol

  • looks great! do you have a problem with the fire bellies eating the fish? im working on a similar setup now hoping to have some fish and red eyed tree frogs in it

  • @sundayBMX125 They used to try, but rarely had any luck, so they gave up. Helps that I feed them lots of crickets.

  • that is one LUCKY frog!! nice job

  • nice for turtle

  • A lone firebelly toad. Love it.

  • @TheSilentWyvern We have a pair. The other one's napping in their cave.

  • nice

  • Hey that is so amazing!

Do you find all your materials at pet stores?

  • i think it would have been imposible to make that cage any nicer

  • Absolutely brilliant...amazing design but you should give your fish a bit more space. still wonderful though.

  • poor fish... not enough space!

  • I would lovee to have this

  • How did you get the land not to slide into the water?

  • pff padrisimoo como le haces para que no se moje la parte de las plantas

  • one word awesome

  • Too small for the fish. Come on.

  • why cant i have nice things

  • nice! and this is really in just 10 gallons?

  • im starting one of these for a crayfish soon

  • Beautiful, this is definitely one of the best looking paludariums out there. This is the kind of thing I've always wanted since I was a kid.

  • how do you keep it so clean?

  • Hey, I found your link on aquaticplantcentral and was just wondering if you could tell me about the construction of the tank? I really would like to make one for my tree frogs and guppies, but I don't know how I'm supposed to do the layering/borders/dividers ect. Can you help me out?

  • very good

  • Neons :)

  • Can I live in there?

Haha, but I have a question. Did you use a separator between land and water? Or just pile alot of gravel to make land?

  • Can you show a video of how you plumbed it :)

  • Beautiful setup! I would love to see something just like that on a larger scale, like a 90 or 110 gallon :).

  • BEAUTIFUL AND CREATIVE I LOVE IT!!!

  • It *was* tough for the first 3 months, but now it's super stable. I just add some crickets every couple of days, a bit of fish food daily, 1/2 gal of distilled water to replace evaporation once a week, and a 2 gallon water change once a month. It's evolved a lot since I filmed this too.

  • @rumirunto awesome! what is the filter for the fish part of it?

  • @rumirunto Cool paludarium i also want to do one for my tarantula, could you tell me please how did you manage do do it? Or have you just bought it?

  • @rumirunto update?

  • Wow. That is an incredible setup.

    It it tough to maintain?
