  • A+

  • makes me wanna shoot somthing with a silenced p99

  • 0_0 i am your servant, my master (bows head)

  • That's Perfect!

  • Loved it brother. Very impressive~!

  • Nice tone, but you're playing it wrong. After you've played the main part of the theme on the low E, there's that run where it goes G-F sharp-F-E and then leaps up for the last five notes. The leap is what you get wrong. You leap up an octave, from the low E to the octave E, and then you go to D, followed by B-A-B. The actual theme as written leaps from the tonic E up a major 7th, i.e. to E flat, and from there to D, followed by B-A-B. Try it and see.

  • i hum this when i masturbate

  • sounds just like original damn

  • great guitar. What pickups are those? They sound like Gretsch.

    Sent from my iPod

  • Awesome

  • i love you

  • Just awesome!

  • Wow, he turn off the camera with the knob on his guitar. lol

  • I have a song request for you...do you think you could try the guitar part in this video? I would love to hear it, and there are no covers of it on YouTube, and it is a great theme song. Please message me if possible! Thanks!

  • One of the most inaccurate renditions I have ever heard. Sounds terrible. Don't quit your day job.

  • like a boss man!

  • Sweet tone

  • GAAH!! THAT TONE BLEW MY FRIGGIN MIND!!!

  • Very nice

  • Great tone, but you're not quite playing it right. (I mean that the notes are wrong.)

  • Very sweet sound

  • It's one thing to play it smoothly. It's a whole nuther to get it to sound authentic! For that sir, I congratulate you!

  • You really captured the tone of the original recording. Nice job.

  • Dis guy right here...... got some skeeelz!!

  • Lesson on how to play please ?

  • fail

  • 66 ppl were killed by 007

  • @KalachPL666 how do they vote then? fail..

  • @huminahamina 007 killed them for dislikes, wise guy...

  • the start just doesnt sound right. its just a littly bit off but its still realy good and why do you have 2 of the same guitar

  • never played a Gretsch before today. G.C. had a japan 1959 Setzer 6120 sslvo. Cool vibe, stunning looks. But for the money no. Perhaps it wasn't set up properly? controls somewhat were hard to get use to. It didnt have much life till i added some verb on the Blues d'ville , more familiar sounding. It's the model i was real interested too. nut width/ radius of the fret board was not to my liking . Perhaps a wider profile would suit me better.which one do you have?hard to play past the 14th fret

  • holy shit i thought the vid had like a freeze the moment ending cause u stayed in that position for so long and the WTF he moves?!

  • How come you don't use you're pinky? It looks like at times you really struggle to reach notes (which also seems to do your timing in). Use your whole hand.

I am very jealous of your guitar. I'd love an old Gretsch. Ah, one day. I'll sell my wife or something...

  • NICE GUITAR DUDE !!!!!!

  • epic

  • Really bad timing!! The notes are good and the sound i perfect but timing definitelly suck!

  • @sharku17

  • my dad has a gretsh country gentleman

if you ask me gretsch make the best guitars in the world!!!!!!!!!!

    by the way sounds brill

  • best on gretsch

  • What ever happened to rhythm?

    - get yourself a metronome dude.

  • amazing

  • GENIAL!!!

  • Are those TV Jones pickups ? They sound great !

  • @rioolput123

These are Gretsch original Filtertron Vintage Alnico pickups. They were originally attached to only 6120ssu models. They have a sound completely different from other Filtertron pickups. It is a so peculiar twangy sound, so I love them.

  • @straymouse they sound great!... like the actual guitar used in the movies (mostly earlier ones)

  • whenever i hear this i think: Secret agent, kicking that guy's ass, and then when it gets to the quiet part i think: now i'm done, gotta reload.

  • nice sound on that guitar what amp n distortion are you using with it?

  • @thinair16

Ibanez TS-9 + Roland Space Echo + Fender 59 Bassman.

    This combination is the best!

  • yeah and a nice semi!!!!

  • hey awesome dude..! but the rhythm on the low e is just 0-2-2-2-0-0-0-0-3-3-3-2-2-2.. anyway that was just my way of figuring it out!!!

  • sound like the real one!

  • wow great!

  • u r CLASSSSSSS

  • the 55 people can't play this

  • @Michael29rko no the 55 people are just critical kind of like me.....oh wait make that 56

  • Flashback Old Memories...Back in college about 100years go I was in a band that had a piano player who doubled on sax, and a trumpet player. The sax and trumpet could just play harmony together on anything anyone thought up first time through. I played guitar or when the piano player was on keyboardss, I played bass.

Then James Bond Theme was our theme song, and when the horns kicked it it was killer. Thanks for the memories.

    Big Ron

  • good job

  • WOW fuckin awsome

  • plz! if it wouldn't be difficult at all if you would plz post a video on how to play this like the full lesson? it would me much appreciated

  • this is fkin awesome

  • @ThaSuffer

    Thank you so much!!

  • I know. I have noticed after uploading it.

  • Is that a customised gretsch? I've never seen one exactly the same ie. the 'toastertop' pickups of a Rickenbacker and a Gibson whammy? Or is that a base model?

  • @325Chuck355 The 'toaster' pickups on this guitar are Filtertrons or some variation thereof, which are pretty standard on Gretsch guitars. Also, the whammy is a Bigsby and they're pretty much standard issue on Gretschs. In fact, I've probably only seen them on about 4-5 Gibsons as opposed to about 25-30 Gretschs...

    Hope this helps.

  • Quality

  • perfect
