  • How would you know for sure the MCU running at 104MHZ? did you try to time it?

  • Hello, nice project. I'm also interested in programming ARM mcu's and I have previously worked with AVR's so I have a bit of experience but could you tell me how I should start ARM programming? What I should buy first? What pc programs do I need to program the ARM? thanks a lot if you answer

  • It's cool man. Your own designed Nintendo :-)

By the way, I was planning on buying this ET-SMT32 Stamp. What is the software environment you use to program it? I mean, IDE, compiler etc. Please let me know the details. And also tell me what type of device programmer (the one connected to USB) is that? Please let me know all I need to buy to make it work. Thanks.

  • I got developer board with STM32103 processor on it and i wonder could i hook up display like yours to my board?

  • My CD wich come with the kit (ET-STM32) was broken, can you send a copy by E-mail?

And about what you did, it's amazing! Congratulations...

  • Why wallpaper was loading so long?

  • Hi There! I'm starting to learn how to work with ARM, i've just ordered my first board. What IDE are u using to develop? Is there any tool for graphical development? I'm already PIC developer, but ARM and STM32 area totally new for me. Tks.

  • @jmceara Hi, if you sit on a windows platform you could use eclipse with cygwin and the GNUARM toolchain or you could use Ride7, both are free. Only limit with Ride7 are the 32Kb debuging, but much simpler to setup than eclipse. I use eclipse most of the time.

  • thx for preview

  • hi. i love this. i am just about to start with STM32. i am a hobbyist and so far did a few projects with arduino but that became boring now and its very limited.

may i ask you where you purchased your board? because i did not find it on sparkfun or elsewhere. and does this board only support C / C++? or does the software has a VB compiler as well? thanks for a quick answer.

  • @rockangel1967

Hi, this board i'd bought on ebay. If you seen my other videos with the red board and you would like one of thoose you can buy it from me.

  • @rockangel1967 this board sold in Thailand by ETT corp. But i'm not sure they do international ship or not.

  • is it FPGA?

  • @airyman

    Nope, MCU

  • Are you using keil?

    Thanks KDG

  • Nope, Ride 7 from Raisonance

  • That depends on the size of the project.

You can contact via the mail in youtube.

  • Preferable a small project. But I'm open or suggestions.

  • @robinbek

    Eclipse

  • Great video.

    Regulator is LM3940?

    Thank you

  • I didn't manage to use the serial bootloader on REva board. What is the type of your microcontroller? Mine is STM32F103RBT6. Thanks.

  • STM32F103RET6

  • Looks very nice :)

Which programming suite are you using? Ride 7?

Also, have you programmed the library for the iLI9320 display controller yourself?

As I have the display too, but I'm a bit locked to the PIC, as I can't find any information on how to control it - as I want to control it with my Arduino MEGA fx.

Also, what is the price of that STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 board? And what about the programmer?

    Do you have some links?

Thanks in regards for answering my questions :)

    Thomas

  • Very nice , is this platform programmed in C++ , a Basic dialect , or Assembly?

  • C, not C++
