I miss Keisha. I know it was difficult for them backstage (and I can imagine she was very mean) but she truly was the backbone. I welcomed Heidi joining (mainly 'cause I disliked Siobhán, bless her) but I can't stand Jade or Amelle.

Heidi, Jade, Siobhan, Mutya, Keisha and Amelle <3 I sometimes think about how the girls would be a group with all the Sugababes past, present and future together. Line up one was edgy, line up 2 was quirky, line up 3 was classy and the new line up is sweet. If they all come together all the elements Sugababes have lost and gained over the years will stick together.
Heidi's voice is ok, Amelle's voice could never touch me, way too nasal and Jade, well her timing is off, she doesn't fit the band, she should have been in The Saturday's I think, cause they fit her better. That said.... after this album, which I'm sure will flop cause they lost credibility a lot outside of the UK they will go solo. I doubt it though if anyone of them will be big. The soap has taken too long. Sad but true.

Very true! I even like Jade. It's not her fault. She onyl took the cahnce to become a member in one of the most successful britisch band the last 10 years. Siobhan and her manager at the time started the whole thing, then the manager saw Mutya and then Mutya brought along Keisha to the studio. Then once the trio met, they went through band names beginning with Sugababies and eventually ended up with Sugababes.
People don't seem to realise that Siobhan was in the band for as long as 2.0 and 3.0 were together. Sugababes 1.0 (SIOBHAN, mutya and keisha) were signed in 1998 and formed in 1997.
apparently siobhan was the original founding member. she was signed first then mutya came along and the management said they should become a duet, then one day mutya brought her best friend from school along, keisha and they decided she should join them as a trio.

Jade's debut album got nixed cause it clearly wasn't gonna be very good for her shitty voice and now we're stuck with a very flat sounding Sugababes that are as bland as. . . . . well there's nothing interesting about the band anymore, vocally.

I think Heidi range is breaking down either because of the incident between her, amelle, keisha by kicking keisha out of the band, maybe it's a regret that she stood up to kick keisha out since non , or I think that non of the girls she worked with remains in the band, like Mutya and Keisha for example, maybe she got used to these girls, now after the line up, maybe she's uncomfortable with it, I think this is the same feeling that Keisha had after Siobhan/Mutya departure...

@SimVidStudio no on kicked Keisha out. heidi and Amelle left, and management gave the name "Sugababes" back to Heidi and Amelle after telling Keisha they weren't going to look for two new girls. Jade's debut album got nixed cause it clearly wasn't gonna be very good for her shitty voice and now we're stuck with a very flat sounding Sugababes that are as bland as. . . . . well there's nothing interesting about the band anymore, vocally.

For Heidi we can say that she is a orginal member even if she isn't in real. But Keisha was number one. I love Heidi and amelle and Keisha has a strong personality. And her personality was give personality for Sugababes, her vocie and everything. I hope you are understand me. So that why everyone says RIP SUGABABES, because it's a true. Now songs like "Overload", "Hole in the head" and other old hits do not have a soul of Sugababes without Keisha, I hope that one day she will back to the band.

jesus! keisha made siobhan leave, then mutya chose to leave, then keisha was being a twat to work with, so amelle and heidi confronted their management about it, and the management chose to loose keisha. i does seem unfair, but it looks like keisha is always the one behind the sugababes bust-ups. and can people stop blaming amelle, for mutya's choosing to leave. peace.

Google her interview, you'll see her stating "I left because of Keisha". Heidi and Amelle quit the Sugababes in LA right before ABG. Management asked them if they'd carry on without Keisha, they said yes. Management LEFT Keisha.

Heidi was alongside Keisha for about 8 years in the band. I read in an interview with Heidi that they went through Mutya's trouble with her not being committed with the band which made them "know each other inside out".
