Yes, her sound files are labelled "Cardinal Deathwhisper", but I'm fairly sure "Cardinal" is meant as a title, like a religious thing. She is the leader of a CULT, after all. Crazy as they may be, cults are generally a pseudo-religious thing. Makes sense, considering she's preaching to a room full of cultists.
