I wanted my mum to buy me this record so badly that I was found sleep walking in the middle of the night mumbling about not having 55p to buy it.....also memories of the Osmonds and the Jackson five cartoon shows. Brilliant times.
This video takes me back to when I was 14...listened to this song over & over & dreamed about my own puppy love. Even though it was 38 years ago it seems just like yesterday
I grew up listening to this album and other Osmond records..lol, My parents got off easy.. I could have been listening to to Led Zepp, or Hendrix or a thousand others, but I still heard the "TURN THAT CRAP DOWN!!" phrase..Funny...
OMG!! I had this album!!! I still remember the cover pic so well! I adored Donny Osmond when I was a kid! This song just almost made me swoon!!LOL Thanks so much for sharing!!
I know! I can remember my friend, who was in love with Michael Jackson, and I arguing over who was the better singer as well as who was cuter than who!! I can still picture us standing their on my front porch arguing over it!!! Such memories!!
This is the very first song I heard of his...I have it stuck in my head all the time when Im in Geometry class *hehe* I sit behind my crush thinking about this song.
I can't imagine a mushier, sappier, more tearjerking song than Puppy Love.
Totally saccharin.

I fell in love with him. I was only 12 and it was always a toss up between the Osmonds and the Jackson 5. They both had great songs.
