can you show me how to make cubcumber pinwheels with flour tortals? or some kind of pinwheels for my daughters wedding shower.i need something easy to make, thank you i love your bettys kitchen, sandy
Made these pork chops last night and these are by far the best at home pork chops i've had! I think pork chops are usually too dry. I brined mine first then used this recipe without the additional salt in the recipe and these were devoured by everyone.
Thank you for all your wonderful recipe videos, Betty!! You've helped me so much in scoring major points in the kitchen when I have to cook for my family. Thank you for helping guys like me, who barely know the difference between a mixer and a measuring cup, find a new appreciation for cooking. All the best & Keep up the great work you do!
Hi Betty! I made this a couple of months ago and it turned out perfect. It's a very succulent entree. I am going to try it tonight or tomorrow with bone-in chops as they were on sale. I think I will lower the temperature to 350 and cook it for about 40-45 minutes, does that sound about right to you? Thanks! Can't wait to have this again. I hope you're having a lovely weekend.
@Kelliflowerful Hi Kelli! I think 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes sounds perfect! Thanks for your lovely comment; I hope you have a wonderful weekend, as well!
I fixed these for Christmas Dinner, and they were out of this world. I pured a little coke around them, but everyone raved about them. Thanks so much, Betty.
Hi Betty, I'm gonna try the frying style tonight. I am gonna try it with my original pork rub with your frying technique. Stay tuned. BTW, Love your style
Hi Betty... I am making this right now. It's in the oven. Can't wait to try it... knowing your recipe, I have a good feeling that my family is going to have wonderful dinner. :)))
Well Betty I have no choice but to try this recipe tonight :) it just looks too darn good! Thanks so much for the video, I love all your videos, you're a wonderful cook! Take care!
Yes, the cracker mixture stayed on. It doesn't matter what you use for breading, as long as the crumbs are finely ground, so pick your favorite kind of cracker, and it will work! This way you can do "reduced-fat" crackers, flavored crackers, etc. Thanks for asking!
This is delicious Betty! I have cooked this before, except all the herbs were fresh. Thanks for reminding me how great this tastes:) and I will try using the cheezits instead of breadcrumbs, Thanks!
Betty, your hair looks great. I love the idea of dipping the chops in the margarine before the crumbs. You make it all so easy. Keep up the great recipes and thanks!
Thanks for the compliments! You know I almost always do "quick and easy" meals, but I do like them to have a touch of flair! Thanks for being such a loyal viewer!
