I thought Capone was mad at him because he wasn't smart enough not to get caught, and it cost the organization a lot of money, AND brought the law closer to getting them!

@GermanOperaSinger Both actually; you'll notice how in this scene, for example,most of the shots of him are from a low angle and it was done on purpose to try to make De Niro's face look wider and rounder than it actually was, to make him more closely resemble the real Capone. But he also put on like thirty pounds too.
