Aircraft lights, all the same color and in rows on the belly of aircraft. Formation and speed suggests helicopters. Coming in to land on a helipad. The purpose of the lights are to illuminate the helipad and the reflectors that have been placed on nearby urban powerlines and buildings. I've seen a real UFO, landed, and talked to the crew. They looked and behaved exactly like military school cadets about twelve years old but VERY urbane, attractive and well spoken. They weren't kids nor midgets.

This is easily explained, They showed people on TV making fake UFO's What they do is use a watch battery to power a LED light with a 4 ohm resister. Put them in white or whatever color balloons, them following 4 as a group is because they are tied together.. Someone on the ground in back of a truck, pulling it around like a kite.. This is the same method they use to make the orbs above crop circles..

I had friends who, on racing bikes, would race down the bridges across Tampa Bay at mid-day in full traffic. They say that around 130 mph and up, cars traveling at 55 mph are moving so slow relatively speaking, that it is like they are standing still. You can weave in and out of cars in traffic all crazy.

However, I have seen that, thanks to modernization and population growth, there are lots of modern, straight shot highways and roads now - old town sectors vs new development. Also, I don't see them zig-zagging. I see them moving in a line at an angle to the camera man, who appears to be a very lucky guy to be filming out his window at this time of night, high enough to see over the town.

@calikid1992 There is where your ignorance comes to play.. The balloons are helium with LED lights in them... Now looking at this video, those balloons are not going 100 miles an hour. You need to remember that the video is flat, you cant see the 3rd perspective. Those balloons are much bigger then you can see. And the comment about weaving through traffic.. There is mountains in the background. They could be running down clear roads. And not 3 trucks, just one with balloons in sequence.

Maybe don't use capital letters and scream so loud, if you are interested in this theme and mean this is a one of the best evidence (for what?), maybe time to find new sources? It didn't impress me, even in HD. I'm not skeptic to UFO or ET spaceship/activity, since I've seen this on and of since childhood. Present this down to the ground where it belong, it's just an advice to be seen the day you really have something incredible to disclose.
