As long as you're born in the same year they count you as equals, so I think they would count them both as maknaes because they were born the same year. I'm not absolutely positive though. What I do know is that they add 1 year to your age for the amount of time you were in the womb (e.g. ppl born in 2000 would be twelve-years-old).

@wootaeluv I believe there both maknaes, Seunghyun is a few months older, but in korea if two people (or more) are born the same year they have no formalties (Like Hyung, Unni you know what i mean.) this rule is followed even one is born even half a year later than the other. But i guess they choose Seunghyun so he would have more fans, haha. ^ ^ If im wrong someone, correct me please.
