@SkatingFetus A surfboard has at least twice the buoyancy of a bodyboard mate. This means they generate more speed paddling for waves than boogers do. They also generate more speed from takeoff than a bodyboarder. Both are about equal, a bodyboard will just handle a late drop and a bit of a shockwave blast better.

That is some awesome shit goin' on there,but who ever was filming needs to set up at a higher vantage point.Some of the footage would've been much more enjoyable without spray from the waves hitting the rocks blocking the scene!
