Little Darcy (from Regina and Saskatoon) told me about this when I was working for the Carnival last summer. One thing - in the West you have to call them Native, in Ontario they still call them Indians. I had a couple of Native Bodyguards Honray (Heath) and Dexter from Manitoba protecting me from the other slimeballs out there. I guess Brocket 99 is not politically correct, but it is funny.
This was the part on the original recording where, first time I head it, I was on the floor and in pain laughing. "are you drunk or stoned or what's your problem?" Information is then given on where to FIND drugs and alcohol. LOL
