  • Long overdue project. This thing should have been built 30 years ago! While you are building this one, you might want to build three more just like it. If the Chineese are beating us at water management, we better catch up. Might want to study the water disaster in Atlanta Georgia. Look at Lake Lanier. Horrible situation that could happen to Denver, Fort Collins and surrounding area.
