@ssavoy7 I have no idea how long its going to take you to get your neck bigger, I don't train you. 3 sets of 50-100 reps. Work up to that. Search my other neck videos I answer all the questions you have asked me in detail. Also check out my TNT Neck training DVD at my website under products. This dvd will get your neck growing like no other.
I am going to start boxing during the summer. I was wondering what is a good weight to start with? Will it make my neck stronger and bigger? Will I be able to take hits? Can you take any hit since you lift so much weight with your neck?
@ssavoy7 yes it will make your neck stronger and bigger.a good weight to start would be either a 10lbs or 25lbs plate. I have no idea if you will be able to take hits. Working the neck helps but you will find you either have a good beard or you don't. Meaning you won't know how you take a shot till you get hit. No I cannot take any hit, I was a much better wrestler than I was throwing my hands :)
@ZenBreakfast I don't do a set time of rest. Go according to how you feel and what uyour goals are. If you are a combat athlete then I suggest keeping the rest times donw to a minimum. say :30-1:00 of rest.
@machinelandtv I do MMA that's why I really need my neck to be strong! At the gym we don't really train neck that much... From today I'll start! Thanks for the great videos!
@ZenBreakfast Outstanding, good luck. I suggest my TNT neck training dvd. I cover all my training for grappling and combat athletes when it comes to the neck.
@machinelandtv do neck curls work out the Sternocleidomastoid? the muscle that sticks out when you turn your head to look left or right. it starts behind the ear on both sides of the neck, goes down and ends right in the front center of the neck at the collar bone. i ask you because the one on the left side of my neck is smaller than the right and the one on the right feels more tighter and more dense. thank you the machine
Machine, you the man!!! 300lb! Man that's insane. I do 70kg (about 154lb) and lots of people get shocked when they see that. Holy shit wait until my pals see that.
@murozman 154 is good, keep it up and build that neck up my friend. I have a new section at my website called neck and traps, check it out if you have'nt already. in strength,
@StaringAtFate Thanks, it is one of my most popular products and has sold worldwide. I think you will be very happy with the content within it. Happy training
@machinelandtv one last question I had for neck work is high-rep weight always better for the neck? I heard the neck doesn't grow when doing higher weight lower reps as opposed to doing 50 reps of a lighter weights
@StaringAtFate I have had success using both methods. Try both and see what works for you, everyone is different and you know your body better than anyone else.
Nice vids man. Gotta question, I'm currently doing 25lbs curls for 5sets of 10 reps,,should I lower the weight so I can hit 25 reps? I'm asking cuz I don't feel sore in my neck anymore. Thanks in advance
@SuperNoypii I would stick with the weight you are using and shoot for 100 reps straight. This is how I train and how I train my wrestlers. Everything is done with 100 reps as the goal before moving up in weight. Try doing your 5 sets of 10 non stop go for 50 reps. This will help.
Sorry brutha I do not have it in ebook fashion. Only hard copy. I may in the near future but not right now. Thanks for your interest. I have mailed to germany many times. It takes between 2-3 weeks.
Do you sell "Becoming a Machine" also as eBook? I am interested in this product but mainly in eBook version, because I live in Germany and want to read it as soon as possible!

The Spud Inc. harness is the best one I've had. Everything that Spud makes is top quality.
