  • The fat god ... awesome.

  • I only say this in love, but bless those 398 hearts!

  • The idea that "god has a plan" is in complete contradiction to the idea of "free will". If he has a plan, then no matter what you think you are choosing, it will turn out his way anyway. Therefore it's not really free will.

  • You could've done sooo much more with "God has a perfect plan for your life." Not complaining. Just one of my favorites along with "Bless your heart."

  • Has the narrator in this done other void work? He sounds very familiar, like a Disney mock documentary cartoon.

  • @FALCO64125 void work = voice work* That was an odd typo...

  • @FALCO64125 It's a Freudian slip.

  • @Timmoux I don't have sex with guys.. I mean, I don't do Freudian slips...

  • @FALCO64125 No, that's a Bieber slip...

  • @Timmoux oh, I do those DON'T do those... *glances around to see if anyone was paying attention*

  • I for once welcome my new chinese overlords.

  • The sarcasm in his voice is just priceless =D

  • thank you god for making thethinkingathiest :D

  • That stapler made me laugh!

  • TheThinkingAtheist is the best thing that's ever happened to me.

  • "The guy is HUUUUGE." Made me crack severals times over.

Yahweh, lay of the mcdonalds and ditch that 3nd class cafe! :P

Oh well, doesnt matter though if his huge or not... no on sees you anhow.

  • considering the majority of your videos have a lot of white back ground you need to choose a different font color whites not working

  • god is real and he wants 10 percent of your income, go ahead the church needs your money to spread the word and do gods work :o

  • @PeaceMaker137 Maybe Jews and Hebrews think the HAVE to fast, but anyone CAN do it. Instructions for fasting are in the bible, so I'm assuming it's for everyone. Either way, it brought about the most powerful religious experience I have ever had. Yet still I am an atheist. In retrospect, many of the sensations I felt during the final, and most difficult days, were quite reminiscent of those caused by nutrient deficiency (and marijuana^^). I fell asleep in a walk in freezer during work...

  • @PeaceMaker137 I have believed in God and Jesus and gone to church regularly for the last 27 years, I've even fasted for 30 days just to show my devotion and get closer to him. 6 things happened to change my mind...

    1. I took an anthropology class and learned bout the origins of man

    2. I learned about evolution

    3. I read End of Faith by Sam Harris

    4. I went to w w w . godisimaginary . c o m

    5. Watched Zeitgeist

    6. Bonobos

That was all it took. It took about 4 months

  • @SonicTheEggNog You should really rethink zeitgeist. Many of it's claims are bogus and it's evidence doesn't hold up to the slightest amount of scrutiny. It takes the same amount of faith to believe the WTC was a controlled demolition as it does to believe in a zombie jew man. There are many good debunking videos on youtube. Bonobos?

  • @zacthebold Religion < Atheism < Freemasonry.

Everything's fine. Keep bashing the religious. Leave the world to us.

  • @anythingnew So you're a high rolling freemason, huh? Who uploads pokemon videos to his channel? Umm hmm.

  • @zacthebold We are normal people, just like you.

You are about to face another threat to your freedom. Beware.

That was months ago..... I'm not ashamed!

  • @anythingnew So if you are in on it why are you warning me? Is that something a real conspirator would do? Or what a random internet troll would do? Occam's razor leads me to believe the latter :-)

  • @zacthebold A real conspirator would not have told you. But even if he did, which assuming I'm a real conspirator, you wouldn't believe it. Occam's Razor is not perfect.

  • @PeaceMaker137 If it's in there, then SHOW ME! You know why you CAN'T? Because you're making it up!

  • @SonicTheEggNog

Making it up? Have you never heard of the trinity?

God is the father. God is the son and god is the 'holy' spirit.

There - your three-headed monster - That IS in the bible

  • @tdjdk SHOW ME!!! Back up your claim that I am going to hell! You haven't given me one single Bible verse. I'm waiting...

  • @tdjdk So a three-headed monster is in the Bible. What makes you think the Bible is true and all of the other "holy" books are false? Just one piece of empirical evidence would do - with specific documentation, please.

It's been 2,000 years. It's not like christians haven't had enough time.

  • @tdjdk So, what's up with that? doe he duck under the table to change his hat? "No no no, I'm God, you mistaking me for my twin brother, God" that make so much sense when you say it that way

  • @PeaceMaker137 Jesus was really a three-headed horse. Don't worry, I read the bible before so I know it's in there somewhere.

  • @PeaceMaker137 I'm not even asking you to prove there is a god. All I asked was for you to show me proof of the claim you made. You say it's in the bible, but you don't even know where!?

You made an EXTREMELY SIGNIFICANT statement about the nature of the universe, and the destination of our eternal souls! It would be pretty irresponsible to say something like that if you have absolutely no proof. You can't even find it in the book you claim it comes from. Continued...

  • @SonicTheEggNog I'll answer the question for you. Hell is never mentioned once in the old testament. Despite the fact that god killed thousands of people (men, women, and children), hell is never mentioned. There is also no mention of any sort of suffering after death. Hell is not mentioned until the new testament, but it doesn't say anywhere that humans will go there. There isn't even a Hebrew word for hell. Even Jesus mocked the idea of hell in the parable of Lazarus and the rich man.

  • @PeaceMaker137 Now I really know you haven't read your bible. You just go by what people tell you. You say we would go to hell without Jesus? That would surely mean some people went to hell in the old testament, right? Well proving it should be easy. Why don't you...

    1. Find me ONE bible verse in the old testament that mentions hell

    2. If #1 is too hard for you, I'll even accept ONE verse that even MENTIONS some sort of suffering after death.

Come on, it should be EASY!

  • @PeaceMaker137 God had "NO OTHER CHOICE"!? I can think of another choice...FORGIVENESS! Your god is such an asshole, he can't even forgive the first sin ever committed.

But you will probably say "That's what Jesus is for."

Well if God is all powerful, then he wouldn't need to have a human sacrifice, just to make forgiveness possible. Your god sounds pretty weak to me.

  • @PeaceMaker137 Your right. Believing in an invisible pink unicorn would make me DELUSIONAL.

Obviously, I should believe your story instead. An invisible MAN named God created man and woman with original sin. Then he impregnates a virgin with himself so he can be born as her child. Then he allows himself to get nailed to a piece of wood as a sacrifice to himself, so we can be saved from the original sin he condemned us to in the first place. Yeah that's more rational than a magic unicorn! LOL

  • @PeaceMaker137 I believe in the Invisible Pink Unicorn. And my invisibible says that he is the one and only true god. And I know it's true because my invisibible says so. It also says anyone who worships other gods will go to hell. So, I'm sorry to tell you this, but you're the one who is going to hell. You better repent and beg for forgiveness from his mighty Pinkness!

  • @PeaceMaker137 If you read your Bible (which obviously you don't) you would figure out that TotKoGaE stands for "tree of the knowledge of good and evil". There is no "tree of life" mentioned in the bible, you stupid fuck. You don't even know your own religion! I'm not gonna argue with a christian who clearly has no knowledge of the bible. How am I supposed to take you seriously?

Don't feel bad though. You're just one of millions of Christians who knows nothing about their own religion. LOL

  • @PeaceMaker137 If god is all knowing, then he knew Adam and eve would eat from the TotKoGaE. Yet he put it there anyway. That means he wanted us to suffer from the beginning. Which means he hates us. At least he would if he were real...

  • @PeaceMaker137 Of course god love all his children equally! That's why he sends everybody to heaven. Oh wait, NO HE DOESN'T. You're an idiot.

  • @PeaceMaker137 Jesus can suck my hairy balls. God can go fuck a goat in the ass. And then I will use science to build a rocket, fly up to heaven, and fuck the shit out of Mary. I'M SERIOUS! I WILL WRECK THAT 2000-YEAR-OLD PUSSY HOLE!

  • @PeaceMaker137 i died in 1543 and before i die i prayd to LORD JESUS AND GOD to save me.he resurected me just yesterday and when i prayd to him he appeared to me and we playd backgammon.repent and ull see lord jesus also.he can clone himself and appear to evry1 at the same time cause god is evrywhere.he told me also ur a naughty person and that u have to spend some money on church to glorify god and save the poor.only then hell save u.thats what he told me.ITS A MIRACLE! ; )

  • @PeaceMaker137 if the end is up to us doesn't that make it our plan?

  • @miss0interpret he has plans within plans... kind of like a Harkonnen. Sort of makes the free will argument seem a little bit lame if, no matter what we do, it suits the Baron's --I mean the Good Lord's-- plan.

  • Does God ever teabag the ocean just to cool off his nuts....? ..... Or would his balls burn up in the atmosphere? Hmmm.. Better call Dinesh D'souza on this one..

  • @2eelShmeal That made my day.

    You, sir, in the interwebs.

  • god is like cthulhu

  • @Neko3Noskire LOL!!!

  • winning the lottery was'n t so lucky for many people.

  • Best one yet.

  • I think i'm finally understanding!

  • Many of you have a very ignorant view of christianity as a religion and pretty much as a culture, but I have to say the 3rd one about the "thankful for your grace and mercy" in kind of a bigger sense is actually one of the reasons I'm not a Christian anymore. I mean, a lot happened that led up to who I am now, but, that's the most important point made, to me, in these vids. However, there are certain things you just won't know or understand unless you've been there, period.

  • @BriaAT91 I second your statement.

  • Another good one with the old man narrating.

  • I LOVE William Knight's voice. Just sayin' :]

  • you forgot the affairs and divorce at 0:54

  • I really really liked this one. I am a lover of Jesus, but I am fed up with how cheesy the Christian world is.... And you made an excellent point with each one of these. I don't think even "Christians" know the real God.

  • @unbrokenfellowship They feel the exact same way about you.

  • @unbrokenfellowship How can you know something that refuses to let you know it? It's like telling someone "Let's be bffs!!!" and then never talking, never showing up and then being mad that you aren't bffs anymore. "WHAT??? We're bffs!!! How could you!???? :( :( >:("

  • @unbrokenfellowship: "I don't think even "Christians" know the real God."

They can't "know the real God", because god is just ridiculous fairy tale for gullible suckers.

  • @mikefromwa AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED

  • @lordnimr0d

Kind Sir, at the End of Days you will be seated with me in paradise at the right hand of the Dark Lord, WHILST THE REST OF THESE SALIVATING, SACRILEGIOUS SOCIOPATHS WILL HAVE THERE SINFUL SKINS TORN OFF THEIR BLASPHEMOUS BODIES AND HAVE THEIR TREACHEROUS TONGUES TORN OUT AND THROWN TO THE VORACIOUS HOUNDS OF HELL!!!

Now go in peace my son...

  • "world peace" "u got to be kidding me" funny as hell :D

  • God, can you tell the surgeon to work better? And send me a prostitute while my wife is sick in the hospital? Atheism pwns.

  • lol obviously amazing video you just earned yourself another subscriber but i have to say...i've been reading the comments and jesuscominsideme is a really good troll... look how many comments hes received... i am suprised how so few people realized...

  • Hey, where can I get a TTA t-shirt?

  • Understanding atheist satanese: "Use logic & reason" = "Come up with any excuse to be a homosexual" "Don't believe in fairy tales" = "It's okay to kill babies"

  • @JesusComeInsideMe Understanding christians:

God says so: your argument makes me question my morality

It's in the bible!: The bibles true because it says so.

  • @JesusComeInsideMe Okay to kill babies?

That's in the Bible...a book of fairy tales.

Any other false claims or lies you'd like to spew to try to defend your immoral cult?

  • @Gooberlicious54 Another exciting addition of understanding atheist satanese: "Christianity is a cult!" = "I think it's OK to murder innocent people, as an atheist" "Christians are always lying" = "Morality is subjective"

  • @JesusComeInsideMe "Christianity is a cult!"

All religions are cults. Learn what words mean. The dictionary is your friend.

"I think it's OK to murder innocent people"

You are confused. Atheists never say this, but CHRISTIANS and other religious whackos say it ALL THE TIME. Killing in the name of God. Pathetic and disgusting.

    "Christians are always lying"

    A factual statement. You're a Christian, right?

I've caught you in 2 lies already. Case closed.

    "Morality is subjective"

    Yep.

  • @Gooberlicious54 Begone Satan!

  • @JesusComeInsideMe What an intelligent, well thought-out response!

And this folks, is more proof that religion either attracts immoral lying two-faced weasels, or turns them into one.

    Thanks for the laughs!

  • @JesusComeInsideMe What an intelligent, well thought-out response!

And this folks, is more proof that religion either attracts immoral lying two-faced weasels, or turns them into one.

    Thanks for the laughs!

  • @Gooberlicious54 Typical atheist shoddy "proof" which is more like a logical fallacy.

  • @JesusComeInsideMe Shoddy proof?

    LOL

    Compared to YOUR proof, right?

    LMAO!!!

  • @Gooberlicious54 OBVIOULSY YOU AINT NEVER READ NONE OF THAT THERE HOLY BIBLE AS EXPRESSED IN THE KING JAMES VERSION THE ONLY VERSION THAT GOD ALLOWS OTEHRWISE YOU WOLD KNOW THAT BUTT SEX IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO MANKIND AND WILL SEND ALL WICKED SOULS WHO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH ACTIVITIES INTO THE BURNING LAKES OF HELLFIRE AMEN?

  • @JesusComeInsideMe "OBVIOUSLY YOU AINT NEVER READ NONE OF THAT"

    LOL

Are all Christians illiterate, or just the ones that post on youtube?

    "BUTT SEX IS AN ABOMINATION"

So is wearing mixed fabrics and eating shellfish...funny how you Christians ignore THOSE commandments.

    What a spineless little douchebag.

  • @JesusComeInsideMe

if you're not a troll, I have never seen a troll ever.

  • @JesusComeInsideMe You want Jesus to "come" inside you? That's kind of gross. You shouldn't be having sex with the Almighty Saviour of Humankind, you know.

  • @AkiKaza3829 "That's kind of gross. You shouldn't be having sex with the Almighty Saviour of Humankind, you know."

I take it you haven't read this:" For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body." Ephesians 5

"For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. " Romans 7

Maybe you should read a bible instead of looking stupid.

  • @moopism TROLL! YOU SHALL NOT BE FED!!

  • @katsioylas give 'im a cookie :3

  • @katsioylas You already did, dumbass.

  • @JesusComeInsideMe

have you ever fucked a girl in the ass?

if that's a sin, call me BeelezeButt

  • @JesusComeInsideMe Satan means "the one that oposes", i oppose religion as a whole so i guess that I'm a satanist in that sense!

  • What's Sunday brunch?

  • @ArturoStojanoff "What's Sunday brunch?"

Well, if you are Catholic priest then its a couple of choir boys right after morning mass...

  • @TheFireHorseUK

    Awesome!

  • Seminaries are to change their names to Moron Academy's.

  • Comment removed

  • This is, perhaps, a submission in Atheistese, but my small mission is to introduce the words RELIGIST and RELIGISM to the language:

Religism: noun re-LIJ-izm 1. arrogant faith in a supposed supreme being

    2. feeling and acting to superior to those who do not share one's reiligious beliefs

Religist: noun re-LIJ-ist One who practices religism

I think the words have certain ring to them, going well with other short "ist" and "ism" words like racism, sexist, Marxism, rapist, etc.

  • Faith is gullibility its beleveing no proof at all

  • @Hammersley1967 - seriously? **sigh** LMAO

  • Jesus Christ was a dirty, filthy, lying piece of toilet scum. He has tortured and killed the poor and innocent and rewarded his murderous foot soldiers with riches and power. He is the abominable offspring of the rape of a Hebrew whore by the evil demon that calls itself Yahweh. Lucifer is the one true Lord and Saviour that will give us unconditional love and protect us from the evil Yahweh and his bastard progeny Jesus.

EMBRACE THE INFINITE LOVE OF THE DARK LORD!

I COMMAND THEE TO SUBMIT NOW!

  • @Hammersley1967 Will we be able to live in a place of epic sin according to Christians? Because I love listening to my Rammstein while playing video games and using the computer.

  • @crazyinsane500

Well it's a good thing that Jesus dies for our sins, because now we can sin extra hard so that his death wasn't wasted...

  • @Hammersley1967 SIGH, yet another satanist. Well, have fun eating little puppies or whatever you do. Or get a job, move out from your moms house and stop trolling!!!!

  • "King David said "The heavens declare the glory of God, the skies proclaim the majesty of His work"

@Jordanicolass You defeated your own argument that creation reveals its creator by quoting a man in the bible rather than letting the natural world do the talking for itself. The universe can make its own proclamations without fallaciously appealing to the authority of a bronze-age book, and it certainly isn't declaring anything about that monarchial bully in the bible that you call a god.

  • Thumbs up if you're for science!

.. thumbs down if you're a kris-chun or anthing else.

  • christians are ignorant

  • @ImperfectXistence Just because you see a video making fun of Christians and you see things from the militant Atheist perspective doesn't meaen all Christians are ignorant. Some are some aren't thats in every group.

  • @1984vrs The overwhelming majority of christians I've met were ignorant to some point, either about reasonable arguments; self-contradictory nature of their faith; science...

It's also funny how most anti-theists know much more about religion than an average worshiper.

  • @verg77 So, in a world with over 2 billion Christians the ones you've met don't reflect the majority. The ones Richard Dawkins or Christopher Hichens have refrenced. Besides an an individual desides for thereself how they behave, how they behave, what they say. The beliefs of an entire group is not always reflected by a few or most

  • @1984vrs As I live in a christian community, I meet christians all the time, everywhere, since I was born. I also met some christians from other places in the world. I guess I do know them well enough to speak about how majority of them act in certain situations. They usually don't accept rational, evidenced arguments if those speak against their faith; most of them don't think a lot about their beliefs. They simply accept them without a question.

  • Comment removed

  • @ImperfectXistence so are you

  • @footballward (S)he's simply arrogant, not ignorant, that's a difference.

  • @verg77 no i meant what i said

  • Brilliant :)

  • ¥€$... you are somewhat right! But there are also the good sides of Christianism. Our conditioned mindset and the society we live in need to be upgraded, eh? But, no one dares to critize muslims, hindus, etc. - Like/Dislike being Foe from within? Dependency? moral Vs immorality, on what scale? But, where is the mirror then? sigh

  • Jeez, this vid seems to upset Xtians, huh? :-)

Quick question from this atheist: Can you prove Jesus actually lived?

Remember to look up the word proof first, OK? I've found that confusion over the meaning of certain words sometimes leads to confusing, yet hilarious . . . uhhhh, confusion.

    OK?

Have fun, & I mean no disrespect, but am just curious of the basis of your beliefs.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - Yeah, sorry again. Just kidding about that respect thing, Mmmmmm-K?

    Cheers!

  • I like #3 the most. Nothing irritates me more than overly spoiled Americans praising God for their high test score or nice weather when millions are dying of hunger, disease, and war. They're basically saying that god cares more about their little perks in life than all those people suffering in the world.

  • William Knight has a great voice. I vote for more Knight narrations!

  • He's just making a mockery of a believe. There's no substance in this video

  • i see millions of children die due to lack of basic food & medicine. a couple of $ could have saved their lives. i also see thousands of dogs, cats & other pets being lavished upon by their owners to the tune of millions of $. these animals live to be 20 years or more. can any christian or muslim explain this. I was actually told by a poor man " It's better if i was born to a rich man's dog rather than this misery". his family was starving. are animals worth more than children?

  • Interesting that you talk about people starving in the world, I wonder if you are doing anything about it though! cause making an anti christian video wont change that fact!

  • @Jordanicolass

Nor will replying to said video. Like this comment won't save starving people, but it will break ignorance.

  • @dmgirl3000 Really? is this guy your source? then you have a serious problem, all this guy has is pre-conceived ideas of what christianity is. These are just opinions!! and When it come to theology this guy is in kinder garden.

  • @Jordanicolass

No, my source is rational thought. I have studied science and history. I have studied under atheist and devout christian alike. I have been preached to by the school and the church, and frankly I find religion to be hypocritical.

They claim atheists are bad and have no moral code yet theists make up 97% of all prisoners. Theists are just as immoral, if not more immoral, than atheists.

  • @dmgirl3000 Rational thought? Nothing + Nothing = Nothing, it can't get any more rational than that.

If you have come to conclusions based on a generalization I see that your studies had helped you little.

There are Hypocrite Christians, yes that is true, but that doesn't mean that all christians are hypocrites.

and 97% of prisoners in jails are christians? That is obviously a made up number, but I would love to know the source of that if you still claim its true.

  • @Jordanicolass

no, 97% of criminals in prison are theists. This comes from the exaggerated number of atheists totaling 3% of all criminals, making the rest not atheist, and therefore theists of all religions.

Well, we use wikipedia to find the percentages of people who are what religion, and work from the full ratios there, (christians making up 58.3-82.3% and atheists making up 11.6-37.3%)

  • @Jordanicolass

In "The New Criminology", Max D. Schlapp and Edward E. Smith say that two generations of statisticians found that the ratio of convicts without

religious training is about 1/10 of 1%. W. T. Root, professor of

psychology at the Univ. of Pittsburgh, examined 1,916 prisoners and said

"Indifference to religion, due to thought, strengthens character," adding

that Unitarians, Agnostics, Atheists and Free-Thinkers are absent from

    penitentiariers or nearly so.

  • @Jordanicolass During 10 years in Sing-Sing, those executed for murder were 65% Catholics,

26% Protestants, 6% Hebrew, 2% Pagan, and less than 1/3 of 1% non-religious. Steiner and Swancara surveyed Canadian prisons and found 1,294 Catholics,

    435 Anglicans, 241 Methodists, 135 Baptists, and 1 Unitarian.

  • @Jordanicolass Dr. Christian, Superintendant of the NY State Reformatories, checked

22,000 prison inmates and found only 4 college graduates. In "Who's Who"

91% were college graduates, and he commented that "intelligence and

knowledge produce right living" and that "crime is the offspring of

    superstition and ignorance."

  • @Jordanicolass Surveyed Massachusetts reformatories found every inmate religious, carefully

herded by chaplins. In Joliet, there were 2,888 Catholics, 1,020 Baptists, 617 Methodists and

    0 non-religious.

  • @Jordanicolass Michigan had 82,000 Baptists and 83,000 Jews in their state population.

But in the prisons, there were 22 times as many Baptists as Jews, and 18 times

as many Methodists as Jews. In Sing-Sing, there were 1,553 total inmates with

855 of them Catholics (over half), 518 Protestants, 177 Jews and 8 non-

religious. There's a very interesting qualified statistic.

  • @dmgirl3000 Thats all just anti religious propaganda, hit me up when you find a neutral source that do those research

  • @Jordanicolass

of course, everything that has a chance of defacing religion is just propaganda, that's why scientific principals like gravity, a non geocentric universe, genetics, and thermodynamics are complete hokey and they have absolutely no truth or merit behind them, while one book full of contradictions, outdated ideas, and overall poor craftsmanship is completely true and can not be proved fallible.

Why don't you hit me up when you start thinking straight.

  • @dmgirl3000 Get real trusthworthy facts not from someone that already has pre-conceived ideas!

The laws of physics just confirm one thing, and is that someone made those laws, there is no way that such specific laws in physics came randomly

  • @Jordanicolass

Talk to me when your Intelligent Design isn't built on the preconceived that the creator Must exist.

Also, finding order in chaos does not support intelligence creating chaos.

Even a random system follows a pattern at some level.

  • @dmgirl3000 The idea of a Creator comes from the law of cause and effect. Everything that began to exist has a cause, that is also known as the ontological argument.

You don't find order in chaos, a messy house won't get clean and organized unless the owner do something about it.

Random system follows a pattern? you need to get your definition of words right. Lack of pattern is the very definition of randomness.

  • @Jordanicolass

The ontological argument is a fallacy. Under this same argument, your creator must have a creator, as that one must as well, and so on into infinity. It won't work for god.

Order does not mean organized. what order in chaos means is that if you run a chaotic sequence long enough, an underlying pattern will emerge.

Really? Go look up something called "Chaos Theory." Remember, just because you think you are right, does not mean those who research are wrong. That is a logic flaw.

  • @dmgirl3000 If God had a cause then He is not God. God is the only being uncaused and uncreated, he simply exists. God is not in the category of things that are created or caused. It is like asking, “What does blue smell like?” Blue is not in the category of things that have a smell.

if there were ever a time when there was absolutely nothing in existence, then nothing would have ever come into existence. But things do exist. Therefore, something had always existed.

  • @Jordanicolass

but if he does not have a cause, then nothing requires a cause.

It is not like asking that question, because unlike that question, my question makes sense.

Saying because god did it is like saying "how do volcanoes erupt?" and getting the answer, "because that guy in the corner said they do"

That answer says WHY you think it happens, not HOW it happens.

  • @dmgirl3000 Im gonna tell you like your friend stephen hawkins said: "The question what happens before time its meaningless". So just like that, the question what caused God does not make any sense. Because God is uncaused

  • @Jordanicolass

yea, the question of what happens before time is meaningless, because there is no before time or after time.

you can not talk about something that never happened.

it also means that your god is meaningless as well, as asking what was before time is meaningless, that means that if there were anything before it, it would be meaningless. So, by that conclusion because your god is supposedly before time, your god is meaningless.

  • @dmgirl3000 God is out of time, we are subjected to a time system, but God is out of that. Being subjected to time doesn't mean that nothing is out of it. So the questions before and after are not meaningless.

  • @Jordanicolass

There is another flaw. Time is just the way we perceive the spacial dimensions we can not interact with.

Spacial dimensions are infinite. If god is outside of time then he is outside of infinity and again must be nothing.

You are trying to argue with quantum theory without knowing anything about quantum theory, which is like trying to speak a foreign language without knowing anything about it: you have a difficult time and you make yourself look like an idiot.

  • @dmgirl3000 God is not outside of infinity because the universe had a beginning, the universe is not infinite, and you are trying to talk about God without any knowledge of theology, and when it comes to that you are in kinder Garden.

  • @Jordanicolass

You can't fight logic with ignorance, and what you advocate is ignorance.

  • @dmgirl3000 You're right cause you ignore facts that everybody knows like the universe having a beginning!

  • @Jordanicolass

I know semantics much better than you do. If you try to argue with me on that basis, you will not win.

  • @dmgirl3000 Im not trying to win anything, specially with someone who had already decided what to believe. Im giving reasons for my beliefs, beliefs that I will never deny even if my life could be at jeopardy

  • @Jordanicolass

Again, a blatant lie. You are not giving reasons for your beliefs, you are trying to give reasons why I am wrong.

Your ignorance will lead to the inevitable revelation of your hypocrisy.

  • @dmgirl3000 The statement "there is no God" is completely wrong, so you are wrong. Now if you say THERE MAY NOT BE a Creator that is a completely different statement.

  • @Jordanicolass

there is no god based on your logic is completely true.

there may be A god, however, is completely accurate.

like I said before, don't try arguing semantics with me because you do it wrong.

Also, stop quote mining, you may think it proves your point, but anyone who has studied the material it came from will know what it means.

I mean you even decided to quote mine me. That shows me that you are ignoring things I say, and aren't even practicing fair debate.

  • @dmgirl3000 Either God exists or he doesn't there's no a third option here so if you are absolutely sure he doesn't exist you are first contradicting one of the first laws of relativism which is that nothing is absolute.

  • @Jordanicolass there is. there are thousands of options: -Gods don't exist -Christian god exists -Greco-Roman gods exist -muslim god exists -Xenu exists -The flying spaghetti monster exists -one of the many other sets of gods exists -a god or gods that wasn't ever believed in exists You are the one breaking the laws of absolutes: thinking that there is a limit to the options possible. I am going by the mantra of sherlock holmes.
  • @dmgirl3000 More than half of the religious people in the World are either Christians, Muslims or Jews, so it is clear who we're talking about when we're talking about God. We're talking about the Creator of the universe.

To me there are absolutes I live by that to you there's none.

  • @Jordanicolass

no, because that would imply that other gods can not be possible, and you are breaking the law of absolutism. It does not matter if you have a majority (which you don't) judeochristian belief is only 49% of the total world population. also, muslims don't consider their god to be your god, so you only have 33% of the population.

A majority does not create an absolute. and you can't weasel out of things like that in a debate.

  • @dmgirl3000 Christianity Islam and Judaism are abrahamic religions Muslims don't claim that Jesus is God but they believe in the same God of Abraham.

  • @Jordanicolass

If you act like a snake in the grass, you will be stomped.

  • @dmgirl3000 Are you being tempted by snake like eve ? if so you better stomp that snake fast!

  • @Jordanicolass

Okay, I'll stomp you good, you little snake.

  • @dmgirl3000 You're confused my friend, is not me the one you got to stomp, you got an enemy way bigger.

  • @Jordanicolass

yes, the bible, the biggest snake in the grass ever. It has fooled over 1/3 of the world's population, and must be stopped before it destroys the world.

  • @dmgirl3000 What's interesting is that the Bible have had many enemies throughout history, many have tried to destroy it and those many are way gone and the Bible still lives . For instance, the French Philosopher Voltaire (one of the greatest enemies of christianity) said "Within fifty years the only Bibles that you're going to see are going to be in Museums" Voltaire died in 1778, we are in 2010, and the Bible stills sells like hot bread.

  • @Jordanicolass

Just because someone predicted a pace wrong does not mean it is impossible. Remember, every day, you indoctrinate tens of millions of people. you go to the weak willed people of third world countries using money you take from over 700 million supporters worldwide to ensure your religion continues on, while there are only about 600 million atheists worldwide.

Big numbers easily hide a weak belief.
