  • @ImperiumDeus So because the Constitution gives the Federal government responsibility for Defense means there is no waste over at the Pentagon?

So if the bureaucratic waste is so identifiable why not clean up the DOE. In this day and age education IS a huge part of defense. An occupation force in Afghanistan or Iraq that CAN'T speak the languages of those countries will be / is ineffective. And while we're talking about waste ever hear of Haliburton?

  • He's right about the Department of Education. A complete farce that simply wants to keep itself in power and wastes a phenomenal amount of money that could actually be spent on education.

  • Didier for Governor in '12

  • WRITE IN DIDIER!!! NOV 2ND!! WRITE IN DIDIER!!!!! ROSSI IS NOT PROLIFE! AND IS AS BAD ON SPENDING! WRITE IN DIDIER!!! WE CAN STILL WIN!!!

  • Woohhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Clint! MAKE THEIR DAY! Those bastards will go running with their tails between their lizard legs!!!!

  • FUCK OBAMA

  • So if the Dept of Higher Education's overhead is too high why not look at streamlining it? I mean Clint would you abolish anything the Pentagon is doing following this logic?

  • @JohnKran Defense of the nation is one of the parameters the Constitution grants to the Federal government. Education simply isn't one. Providing bureaucratic waste is the only thing the DOE does with any measurable success.

  • I guess dipshits like Clint Didier don't realize that we have a U.S. Department of Education in order to keep morons like him from forcing his bible on young, impressionable school children.

  • What a disingenuous description you provided ronbonlender.

    He didn't say "abolish education".

    * He said abolish WASHINGTON'S impotent DEPARTMENT of Education.

    * Let the States control their own education NOT Bureaucrats in Washington.

  • I've got my Constitution in my pocket, I'm craaaaazy!

    I'm $upporting this guy.

    -Doomed Californian

  • Clint Didier has common sense. HE'S NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK WHAT HE BELEIVES EVEN WHEN HE IS TRYING TO BE MADE FUN OF. WHAT A GREAT GUY.

  • Students read history books in school, they should have the choice to read an alternative (the Holy Bible is a history book, the truth). I agree, abolish the Dept. of Education and get rid of the bureaucracy & big government spenders!

Clint Didier 2010. John Dennis 2010. Peter Schiff 2010. Rand Paul 2010.

    Ron Paul 2012!

  • I love when the left tries to say you are crazy for following the Constitution. Call me crazy too then.

  • I saw Clint speak in vancouver last night. He's got the right values, people like him (he won the straw poll), and he has a proven track record of getting things done (2 super bowl wins). He's John Wayne in a suit an tie. I wish I could vote for him.

ron, arunsak and ichbien are kids raised in the public education system. not a clue of what they're talking about.

  • Clint's right, and you're an idiot.

  • @65crewcabpw If your talking about Ron Bonlender? I agree. He is talking about the Department , not education in general. Get Patty Murry out.

  • @mikejafo1 Yeah, I'm talking about bonlender. Clint makes sense... There's no real reason for the dept of education to even exist. It does nothing but raise the cost of education and lower its results.

  • He's pro military-industrial-complex. He's no different than democrats. AIPAC, the most powerful lobby in the USA (our media dares not speak about--most Americans have never heard of it) is the biggest problem we have in Washington DC. The Israel Lobby and the foreign policy of America which is far too heavily biased toward Israel.

Our Founders are turning in their graves

Didier says he wants to change things in DC but he won't. $2B per day on wars for Israel is the real budget drain.

  • There's a huge difference between "abolish education" and "abolish the Department of Education" at the federal level.

  • I think I understand now why the State GOP is desperate to get a better candidate.

  • We lose with State GOP candidates. We will win this year with a conservative grassroots candidate. Most people agree with the candidates that have chosen to run, like Clint Didier. That's because they are one of us.
