For all those questioning 1000hp stop at 2 seconds and look at what's on top the intake..is that....oh yes I think it is.....people the more fuel and air you can put in the more hp you get and depending on what fuel you are running it can come up to 800+ easily. A 472 is quite capable of even 1200+ with the right blower, fuel, timing, port, polish, ext. Lot of time and money but very doable.
I never said it would be cheap. And if you do not already know this tanks need a good amount of power to reach a speed we reach daily in our cars that have a fraction of the power. English tank that can reach 40mph has a 1200hp Diesel just to make it go at a top speed of 40. Honestly no point in arguing because we'll never come to an agreement. I can also see no proof that he doesn't have 1000hp, Unless that is only boosted and nothing else.

@jockeyshiftjoe I've also noticed you've tried to argue with everyone that has replied to your comment. 1000hp isn't the "holy grail" more. Cars can be bought from a factory with 1200+hp. Cars that are built by tuners can reach 2000+hp. Boost is a very big factor in that. Take a Lancer Evo 8, buy a boost controller and change the boost from 8-9PSI to 25PSI and you've gone from between 250-300hp to over 400hp. Which the engine can handle.

It takes Volkswagon over 6 million dollars to get 1000 hp into an engine and onto the ground using a W-16 engine. There is no way in hell this comes even close.
I don't like to knock anyone's videos, but why is it that any video that seems to have a big block v8 just magically has 1000hp? yes a 454 thats blown can lay down some serious power around the 600-700 range, but people do not realize the effort and extreme modification an engine would have to under go to even touch the 900hp level. @RedlightExpressMovie - You thought wrong, for about $14,000 you can buy a 572ci Chevrolet big block V8 crate engine, it pushes about 750HP on pump gas with no supercharger or blower.
@marinesanders LS7 Stroker should be in the title. LS7 is 426.8 CI (427) But I imagine this was the project motor on LS1 Tech, which is a 4.125 bore with a 4.25" stroke. They are easily strokeable to that many cubes. The block was resleeved, and was running WCCH Zr1 Heads with a Radix 8-71 blower, and L92 custom changeover manifold. On alcohol it made well over 1000 Horsepower at the crank. Not arguing, but just saying it's possible.

ripsaw has far more suspension travel and better tracks (this has tracks off of an m3 from the 30s), but this thing has colossal torque compared to ripsaw. It's going slow due to gearing and to avoid shredding the tracks, a 1000hp engine will make M3 Grant tracks explode in a heartbeat (like hooking up a bike chain to a tank engine).
@redreaper2020 while they aren't grant tracks (actually from the m3 stuart light tank, not m3 grant medium tank), they will still be ripped to shreds.
Everyone seems to be forgetting that Ripsaw is an unmanned tracked vehicle remotely controlled a.k.a a giant r/c tank. This tracked vehicle on the other hand, is not. So yes, Ripsaw is funner to watch, but I bet this is alot funner to DRIVE.
Ripsaw aint got shit on this. Ripsaw has lightweight tracks similar to a banded track in principles--better for high speed, less strength and mobility on rough ground though. This thing can shred a ripsaw into pieces, and is probably a bit lighter...certainly more torque in low gear.
@Gallski7 i think this engine block from sams monster tank, with the light weight of ripsaw and a tread designed for maximum grip and weight distribution as well as a fool proof suspension system, would prove brilliant.
ripsaw's treads are purpose built lightweight tracks. just look at the spur wheels and the other rollers and suspension, as well as the tread itself. probably a strong rubber like the ones on skidsteers. this tank on the other hand, uses tracks from an m5 stuart tank. a purpose built warmachine.easily 1200 pounds of weight just in the tread nevermind all the wheels. ripsaws treads would never take a bullet. ripsaw is not as rugged as this tank is.

@marinesanders LS7 Stroker should be in the title. LS7 is 426.8 CI (427) But I imagine this was the project motor on LS1 Tech, which is a 4.125 bore with a 4.25" stroke. They are easily strokeable to that many cubes. The block was resleeved, and was running WCCH Zr1 Heads with a Radix 8-71 blower, and L92 custom changeover manifold. On alcohol it made well over 1000 Horsepower at the crank. Not arguing, but just saying it's possible.

ripsaw has far more suspension travel and better tracks (this has tracks off of an m3 from the 30s), but this thing has colossal torque compared to ripsaw. It's going slow due to gearing and to avoid shredding the tracks, a 1000hp engine will make M3 Grant tracks explode in a heartbeat (like hooking up a bike chain to a tank engine).

Everyone seems to be forgetting that Ripsaw is an unmanned tracked vehicle remotely controlled a.k.a a giant r/c tank. This tracked vehicle on the other hand, is not. So yes, Ripsaw is funner to watch, but I bet this is alot funner to DRIVE.

Ripsaw aint got shit on this. Ripsaw has lightweight tracks similar to a banded track in principles--better for high speed, less strength and mobility on rough ground though. This thing can shred a ripsaw into pieces, and is probably a bit lighter...certainly more torque in low gear.

ripsaw's treads are purpose built lightweight tracks. just look at the spur wheels and the other rollers and suspension, as well as the tread itself. probably a strong rubber like the ones on skidsteers. this tank on the other hand, uses tracks from an m5 stuart tank. a purpose built warmachine.easily 1200 pounds of weight just in the tread nevermind all the wheels. ripsaws treads would never take a bullet. ripsaw is not as rugged as this tank is.

That is either a big block or LSX, so 454 CUI sounds right. That looks like a 12-71 blower. So 1000hp sounds entirely reasonable to me.
I don't how why it is geared so low, it is probably geared for a stock small block thus will preform like a stock small block.
