NFL '11 - Humorous Interpretation: The 25th Anual Putnam County Spelling Bee

Quite honestly, this is one of the best humorous interpretation speeches i've ever seen. The sense of originality and composure is incredible. Not to mention the variation and originality in characters are amazing! The only thing that never really sits right with me with this interpretation is the first two switches between Leif and the word proctor. That, and there are a few tiny character transitions that needed a touch up. Otherwise, seriously, amazingly well done. Bravo!

Really weak year overall for HI. Don't think a piece like this would've stood a chance in previous final rounds. Maybe semis at best. Not to take a way from his performance. Braden was great and deserved to win this final round. This year of HI just seemed weak to me. No standouts.

Ok I'll admit that his popping was incredibly clean, and he had really distinct characters, but honestly, it wasn't a crazy funny HI. I would expect a first-placed, nationally-ranked HI to be incredible in every aspect.
