There are several pilots in the area that you may be able to rent some space from, but through my experience it is challenging to find anything for just yourself under $500-600/month with a lease agreement.

Is there cheap housing near the airport? Your rates/instruction seem good, I'd consider relocating for instruction, but only if it really saved me some money.
