I've been trying to find a DVD that had Olympic weightlighting, to go along with the book "Essentials of Weightlifting and Strength Training". From what I just watched, this DVD is it. Thank you Mr. Javorek for making it.

The key is from part 2.09 to 2.20. During the initial pull "He shifts his center-of-gravity from balls of feet to his heel"

whats a good way to work on just getting under the weight? my natural tendency is to just want to power clean it and i dont know why

try with an empty bar first, and do a crap load of reps. Then add 20 pounds and repeat.

Maybe subconciously worried about squatting low. Work some front squats and think about pulling self underneath the bar.
