Base on your experience is it ok if i didnt change the ESC to 30a-40a from normal esky ESC if i want to use 2200mAh 30c battery on my belt cp v2? does it affect my eksy ESC?
@alishanmao thanks for your advice....now that i have bought the belt cp v2... it flies great...i crashed it 4 times and stop for 1 week to practice in simulator.....now i can hover it...i followed all your tutorial on how to fly 6ch heli...yeah...improving my skills....tq alishanmao...you are a great mentor...
Can you suggest a specific connector or adapter type for my new "turnigy" 7.4v 2200mAh LiPo that will connect to my Volitation 9053. The factory original battery is a 7.4v 1300mAh. The male/female connectors don't match. Thanks, Ken
@RcWorld7 Thats not what I was talking about. If a motor can pull a certain max amount of amps, it doesn't mean it actually will. Most 450 helicopters average on a 12amp draw during hover and normal flight, way below what most ESC would be more than capable dealing with.
There's a couple of things you can do wrong when choosing a alternative battery though.
Hello Ali i have a question....Im new to the lipoly batteries so this might be a dumb question...I have a 20c 11.1v 2200mah batt and im not sure how to charge it. It came with an a10 warthog edf controller and balance charger, one side of the charger has the 7.4v or 11.1v plug in for batt, the other side has the dc12v input...it came with a cord to plug in the dc12v side and at the end of the cord are clamps, one red one black. Do i just clamp it to a regular 12v car battery?
if you do not have a wall outlet adapter then you have to use those red and black to clamp it to car battery and charge your battery. If you bought an ESKY Heli, the Adapter wall outlet must be in the box. Use that and charge batteries. if you use clamps with car battery and polarity is wrong. Boom :D
Hi again alishanmao. I like that you do a lot of movies with the King 3. i love this bird and gonna give mine a cnc upgrade and i also change the main drive with an king 2 uppgrade with auto roation from extreme.. but still need som parts to make it fly again... keep up the great videos.. greetings from Norway
Some how i nearly missed these to heli vids but at least i got to watch them now ;-)i was cringing a couple of times through that flight mate but you did more than make up for it in the other heli vid after this one but still a top flight with this heli my man=5*
Walkera 4G3. Its the smallest 6-channel CCPM heli in the world. Make sure to get the latest "double" brushless version which has brushless main motor and brushless tail motor.

wooow very nice flight :D super !!!!
LUKASTUNKR 2 years ago
Nice review 1? The 2200mah battery is the most you can go. For a longer flight time or there's something better.
ultimateone624 2 years ago
yup, better stay with it. if you go more powerful battery the size will be bigger, will affect CG and you need to change ESC

alishanmao 2 years ago
could it be possible to connect 2 battery's in parralel to the helicopter so that you encrease the flighttime ?
or will 2 batterij's be to heavy to lift off the helicopter ?
Thanks ;)
