Clinton is not over reactive and too defensive. He just answered in great detail to this little guy Wallace. First, it's Wallace asked him the questions first, yes, questions (plural form).

Wallace asked Clinton "Why didn't you do more to put Bin Laden and Al-Qaida out of business?" After Clinton answered but then Wallace quoted Bin Laden and the 911 Commission to attack him. Clearly, Wallace was seriously opposing Clinton. The interview was not about "Clinton Global Initiative".

Clinton is not over reactive. He just got frustrated because Wallace kept questioning his answers and bringing statements and quotes to attack Clinton. C'mon, everyone will be mad if he or she is kept being questioned and criticized.
